Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our client’s busy cold store warehouse operation in Theale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within a cold store environment
- Working in Freezer departments at -25 temperatures as well as chilled & ambient temperatures
- Loading and unloading goods
- Picking and putting away stock
- Working to warehouse targets and health & safety standards
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Reach Truck licence (essential)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a cold store environment
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
A Counterbalance Licence is not essential but would be highly beneficial.
What’s on Offer:
- Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
- 08:00 – 17:00 shift
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate (Shifts may go to rotational with a perm contract)

- £14.40 per hour
