Overview

Gravity Personnel is currently recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Pershore, WR10.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble track components using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Work from assembly instructions and production drawings
  • Carry out quality inspections
  • Prepare and package finished products
  • Report any faults or defects to your supervisor
 

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Confidence using hand and power tools
  • A reliable, hardworking approach with a willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Package:

  • £12.90 per hour – 38hrs per week paid
  • 1.5 x per hour overtime rate
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm & Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
  • Weekly pay
  • Full Overhead Crane training provided
  • Temp to perm opportunity
