Overview

We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our Client based in Ashford, Kent.

This is a full-time role, operating on a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
  • Setting and running CNC machines
  • Monitoring production and maintaining quality standards
  • Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating CNC machines
  • Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern (AM/PM/Nights)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: 06:00-14:00
  • Week 2: 14:00-22:00
  • Week 3 – 22:00-06:00
